Shipping and delivery

Delivery is calculated from the destination province, each product's courier class and the quantity ordered. The complete courier fee is shown at checkout before payment.

How the courier rate is calculated

Each order has a province base charge, plus the courier-class adjustment for every item. Gauteng uses the Gauteng schedule. Free State, Mpumalanga and North West use the Mpumalanga schedule. Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Northern Cape and Western Cape use the KwaZulu-Natal schedule.

• No courier class: R109 in Gauteng; R139 in other provinces.
• Class 1: R149 in Gauteng; R209 in Free State, Mpumalanga and North West; R199 in other provinces.
• Class 2: R300 in Gauteng; R430 in Free State, Mpumalanga and North West; R400 in other provinces.
• Class 3: R550 in Gauteng; R650 in Free State, Mpumalanga and North West; R600 in other provinces.
• Class 4: R750 in Gauteng; R800 in other provinces.
• Class 5: R1,000 nationwide.
• In-store pickup: Free.

We aim to deliver orders within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote-area delivery may take longer.
